MAIL ORDERS ONLY
Complete the notary bond package order form with information form and the required notary application. You MUST now mail the test answers, test certifcate of completion, bond package order form with information form and the notary application to: NOTARY ASSOCIATION OF PENNSYLVANIA CO. P.O. Box 61563 Harrisburg, PA 17106. We will review your applications and forward them to your residential Senator for endorsement. Your residential Senator will endorse your application and forward it to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for processing and approval. The State will process your application and upon approval send you a letter with your bond attached to it.
When you receive your bond from the State, IMMEDIATELY mail it the Corporate office at: NOTARY SERVICE AND BONDING AGENCY, INC. Attn: Karen 550 Hulet Dr., Suite 105 Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302
Once your Notary bond is received your stamp will be ordered and the bond activated. The bond will be returned back to you.
When you receive your bond you have "45" days from the appointment date to take it to your Recorder of Deeds to be filed.
